Q: What if the cleaning provided is not to my satisfaction?
A: Our work is guaranteed. If your home/office is not cleaned to your satisfaction, do not hesitate to contact our office within 24 hours and we will send someone to ensure that the service is done correct with no extra charges.
Q: Do you bring your cleaning supplies and equipment?
A: Yes, we come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and professional-grade equipment. Our team is well-prepared to handle any cleaning task efficiently and effectively. However, if the client would like us to use a specific product awhile cleaning, we can do so as long as it is provided.
Q: Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?
A: It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning service. Many of our clients prefer to schedule the cleaning while they are at work or away. If you won't be present, you can arrange for access to your property and provide any specific instructions in advance.

Q: If I am not there during the service, can I provide the company with a key?
A: Yes, most of our clients provide us with a key/code that allows us access to the property in the event the client will not be present. Life is unpredictable, so having this option available to our clients allows them to simply return to a clean environment/home.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that plans may change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Q: If I own a pet, do I need to make any preparations for the cleaning service to be provided?
A: Depending on the size and the type of pet we may require the owner to be present for the first few cleaning sessions to aid our workers in becoming acquainted with the pet.
